By accessing or using our website or making a donation, registering as a member, volunteer, or supporter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

5. Donations

1. Voluntary Contributions

• All donations made to Brahmadhvaja Social Foundation are voluntary and used for our charitable projects and administrative expenses, in accordance with our mission and applicable laws.

• We use third-party payment gateways (such as [Gateway Name: e.g., Razorpay/PayU/etc.]) to process your donations securely.
• By making a donation, you agree to the terms and privacy policy of the payment gateway as well.

• We issue donation receipts to the email or contact details you provide.
• Please ensure your email/mobile number is correct at the time of donating.

1. Chargeback, Refund, and Donation Certificate Policy

The Foundation is committed to ensuring that all donations are made voluntarily and with the donor’s full consent.

In the event that a donor initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, refund request, transaction reversal, or any similar claim through a bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or any other payment service provider, the Foundation may review the transaction and cooperate with the relevant financial institution as required.

Where a chargeback, refund, reversal, or dispute is successfully processed, the corresponding donation shall be deemed cancelled and withdrawn with effect from the date of such refund or reversal.

Upon such cancellation, any donation receipt, acknowledgment letter, donor certificate, appreciation certificate, 80G receipt, tax-benefit document, tax exemption certificate, CSR-related acknowledgment, or any other benefit, entitlement, recognition, or document issued in connection with the donation shall automatically become null, void, cancelled, and of no legal effect.

The donor shall not be entitled to claim any tax deduction, tax benefit, donation credit, CSR benefit, recognition, acknowledgment, or any other advantage based on a refunded, reversed, or disputed donation. The Foundation reserves the right to revoke, withdraw, cancel, or invalidate any receipt, certificate, acknowledgment, or donor recognition associated with such donation.

The Foundation reserves the right to maintain transaction records, donor information, communication records, payment confirmations, and dispute-related records for compliance, audit, fraud prevention, regulatory, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.

• By making a donation, the donor expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Chargeback, Refund, and Donation Certificate Policy and understands that any refund, chargeback, or reversal of a donation shall automatically invalidate all related receipts, certificates, acknowledgments, and benefits issued by the Foundation.

6. Memberships, ID Cards & Certificates

We may offer memberships, ID cards, honorary letters, certificates, and other recognition to supporters and volunteers.

• Membership benefits and responsibilities will be described on relevant pages or communication.
• We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or cancel any membership or recognition if we believe there is misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of our policies or law.
• Digital ID cards or certificates downloaded from our website are for personal, non-commercial use and must not be altered or misused.
